RetroFix — Terms of Use

Welcome to RetroFix. By accessing, downloading, or using the RetroFix application and related services (the “App” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply automatically upon your use of the App. RetroFix and its developer (“RetroFix”, “we”, “us”, “our”) retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights such as trademarks, copyrights, and database rights.

2. License and Restrictions

RetroFix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or any part of it.
• Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, decompile, or access the source code.
• Translate the App or use it to build competing products.
• Misuse the App in any unlawful or prohibited manner.

3. App Changes and Charges

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time. Certain features may require payment. Any applicable charges will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

4. User Content and Responsibility

The App allows users to upload photos and other content (“User Content”) for processing.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload, process, or generate using the App.
• RetroFix does not review, monitor, or control User Content.
• The App provides technical tools and AI models only and does not determine how they are used.
• You confirm that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority to upload and process such content.

RetroFix disclaims all responsibility for User Content, including content that may be inappropriate, sensitive, or unlawful. Any consequences arising from the use, processing, or distribution of User Content remain entirely the responsibility of the user.

5. Data, Device, and Security

The App may process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the App. Modifying your device in ways that weaken security may expose you to risks and affect App functionality.

6. Usage Requirements

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining a working internet connection where required.
• Any costs charged by third parties related to data usage or connectivity.
• Ensuring your device has sufficient power and compatibility.

RetroFix is not responsible for service interruptions caused by external factors.

7. Third-Party Services

Certain features rely on third-party services. RetroFix is not responsible for any losses or issues resulting from reliance on third-party information, tools, or infrastructure.

8. Subscriptions

If the App offers auto-renewing subscriptions:

• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period.
• Renewal charges may occur shortly before the next period begins.
• Subscription management and cancellation are handled through the user’s account settings.

9. Updates and Termination

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time without notice.

10. Compliance and Indemnification

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RetroFix from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the App;
• Your User Content;
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit may be used by RetroFix without restriction or compensation.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. You are encouraged to review them regularly.
